JUNIE'S ORDER POLICIES


When purchasing from Junie’s Invitations and Décor (Junie’s Invitations), you agree to its terms and conditions and policies.

Assembly

Our pricing does not include assembly or postage. If you would like us to assemble and mail your invitations, we will do a custom estimate for you.

Papers

If you are unsure the type and /or quality of the paper for your stationery, please request a sample. Once an order has been placed no refund is available including if you don't like the paper you've requested.

Color

We do our best to control and match colors but exact matches are not always possible. What you view on screens will not match what can be printed on paper.

Timeframes

The timeframes given for producing stationery are only our best estimates. Factors out of our control will may extend times including holidays; equipment breakdown or temporary paper shortages; postal strikes; bad weather; flight delays, sicknesses, etc. Though every effort is made to meet the estimated times, they are still estimates only and Junie’s Invitations is not responsible for delays.

Proofs

Once a proof is approved by a customer, it is final. What is approved is exactly what will be printed. For example, if envelopes are approved to print without the correct address, they will printed as is. What you approve on the proof, is what you will be printed. Please review proof multiple times and ask other family members or friends to read proof for you. It is very easy to miss something.

Social Media or Advertising

Junie’s Invitations reserves the right to use images of any stationery produced for clients on social media. If you do not wish us to use images of your invitations, please advise us before printing.

Returns / Refunds

Since our items are custom, they can not be returned. If you have concerns, please let us know within 3 days of receipt and we will discuss options. Personalized invitations can not be returned to the shop, refunded, and sold to someone else.

Cancellation policy

Once a deposit or payment has been made, it is not refundable, including when an order is modified or cancelled. This is because envelopes and materials are purchased when the order is placed, and Junie’s Invitation's time and resources have been invested up to the point of order. When the size of invitations or envelopes are changed, an additional fee may be charged to reflect our extra work.

Shipping

At Junie’s we take care of your order from the start till the end. If the parcel doesn't arrive to the destination, we will work with you to resolve the order. Our pricing does not include postage. We always suggest taking your final invitation suite with all elements included, to the post office. They can give you and estimate on your postage costs and if they may need to be processed by hand vs. machines.

Confirmation

Before the package is sent, we always confirm your address via email.
